Our dog, who has an unknown past, has grown so comfortable with Jacob. When we adopted her last year, they gave her the first nail trim. Now she’s been groomed several times by Jacob and continues to flourish, both in style and personality! Fur Sure is uniquely kind and we are true fans!

Jacob did a wonderful job grooming my senior golden/chow mix. He was so patient, gentle knowledgeable and communicative. Jacob really took his time and went above and beyond to make my dog look and feel so fresh. My dog loved him too! We had such a wonderful experience with Fur Sure and especially with Jacob. This was Wrigley’s very first grooming experience, and since he’s a pretty anxious dog, we were understandably nervous about how he would do. Jacob was incredibly patient, calm, and kind with him from start to finish. You can really tell this is a small business run with a lot of care and pride by him and his wife.
We also did the de-shedding treatment, and Wrigley came back looking amazing, smelling so clean, and noticeably softer. The mobile setup made the entire experience so much less stressful for him. We were so happy with everything that we’ve already scheduled his next grooming appointment. Highly recommend!

Jacob was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was our first time using a mobile groomer, and we were so impressed from start to finish. He was very communicative before, during, and after the appointment, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he works with—it really shows in both his work and his demeanor.
Our appointment was originally for our dog Allie, but something came up, and we really appreciated how flexible and understanding they were. They were able to easily switch the appointment over to our other dog of the same size, which made the whole process stress-free.
We’ve tried several groomers in the past, and this was by far one of our best experiences. The convenience of having him come to our home made everything so much easier, and our boy Rhett seemed so comfortable and happy throughout the process.
Angelique was also fantastic—very on top of everything and made sure to follow up if Jacob couldn’t reach us. We also loved getting picture updates along the way!
Highly recommend, and we will absolutely be using them again in the future.
