Terrible customer service. We walked in the store never greeted or acknowledged the entire time we were in the store. We left after 30 minutes of not being acknowledged.
Kelly - I’m very sorry you had this experience. While our designers try to give customers space to browse without feeling pressured, you absolutely should have been greeted and offered assistance. In 2025, we bought a very unique area rug from Furnish and returned in 2026 to buy a couch and ottoman. As soon as we walked in, we saw a model and fabric that matched the unique area rug. We had already looked at around 8-10 other stores and while we saw other options that were "fine," what we found at Furnish was special. The couch and ottoman were delivered this past week and we love them. They fit perfectly in our somewhat small space and go well with the rug we bought in 2025. The delivery guys could not have been nicer. They also got here early, which was helpful.

This store looks like it would be great. Just drove over to try to find furnishings and found the front doors locked. All lights looked turned on but no one would answer me knocking or my phone call. Just updating here so people are aware they should call first, I guess, before assuming they can visit during what they post as operating hours. I’ll update if receiving a call back.
Hi Michelle - I'm very sorry that we missed you... we've posted our new hours on a sign outside the store, on Google and on Apple Maps, as well as on our social media and via email to existing customers. (The Google hours have been frustrating, as they update, then revert back to our old hours, but I promise I am doing my best to get this updated). I am working in my office and didn't realize someone was at the door. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and open 10-5 Wednesday - Friday, 10-6 on Saturday, and 12-5 on Sunday.
Both the experience shopping in the show room with our representative Alessandra and the delivery of our kitchen table set were great! Alessandra was very attentive to our needs and provided her creative touch in helping us make our decisions on the both the style and colors for our kitchen set. Additionally, the delivery personnel were very respectful of making certain to not knock into or bump any walls, furniture or other areas as they moved our kitchen set into its proper place. Also, they were very knowledgeable of the setup of our kitchen set and provided some good pointers regarding the care of the set! I would say the entire experience was seemless and I give it a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend them! Thanks Alessandra and the delivery personnel for a great experience!

Alessandra was amazing in helping us pick sofas that would fit our lifestyle and our dogs! She helped with coloring and placement of sofas as well. We were very pleased with the timely fashion the sofas arrived. They delivered on time! The delivery team also gave us great recommendations on what to do to keep our sofas looking new.
