Doy una estrella para Jonathan. Les digo a mi gente latina que no compren muebles aquí son de muy pésimo calidad, el material es pésimo, muy duro y con problemas para ensamblarlos, poco confortable, te dicen que les llame por cualquier duda y nunca contestan el teléfono, pero la peor y aterradora experiencia fue con el que dice que es manager dice que se llama Nam. Es muy prepotente, me trató de una forma muy despectiva con muy poca amabilidad, quizo discriminnarme porque le pregunté si hablaba español, dice que no tiene por qué hablar español porque es ciudadano americano 《Yo soy ciudadana americana y hablo inglés y español ) Me dijo que no le interesa. No vayan a su tienda, pues discrimina nuestra raza.

I do thank you for the Feedback any feedback is good feedback. Let's address why you came in the first place, you purchased a leather L shaped sectional with reclining at each end and you stated you wanted to return it because you couldn't lay in the wedge part of the sectional, we did advise that the sectional is for reclining but the wedge which is the part that is in the corner isn't designed for that since it curves the contour of the corner. You told me that I should be ashamed of myself because I look Spanish and not speak Spanish, I explained I am Mixed but I never was taught Spanish but that I am mostly Italian, and you told me you were good with speaking with me even though I didn't speak any Spanish. We tried to explain the policy that was also explained when you purchased. The sectional has been in your possession 3 weeks and then you decided to come in. I was very respectful you said Jon was amazing in store but now you give him 1 star. I hope God blesses you and if you have any further questions feel free to stop in, we will assist you to the best of our ability. You can also give us a call at 984-296-5156

Frank was absolutely amazing. I had to leave a review because he truly made a difference for me. I came in looking for a gravity massage chair for my friend’s birthday, and from the very beginning he was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Frank helped me get approved in two different ways, and he listened carefully to my concerns about the approval process and the payments. What impressed me most was how thorough he was—he explained the different calculations 10+ times (or even more) because I wanted to be completely confident and fully content. He never rushed me, and he made sure I understood everything clearly before I moved forward. Also, whoever his manager was, they were compassionate and helpful as well, making the entire experience feel supportive. Because of Frank, I was able to brighten my friend’s birthday even more. She loved the chair, and her entire family has been enjoying it as well. I will definitely be back—I'm planning to look at sofas for myself, and I’m hoping I get to work with Frank again. The best part is that he doesn’t force you to buy anything. He makes sure customers understand what they’re getting, how it will either benefit them or not benefit them, and he does his best to help in any way he can while truly listening. One thing I really appreciated: he was himself—he wasn’t pushy or scripted in a way that felt fake. Thank you again, Frank—you went above and beyond and made my day.
