We found the place on google maps and were planning to just look. Laurie was so awesome and helped us find a queen furniture set for our guest room. She made getting delivery and everything set up super easy. 10/10 🙌
Amazing customer service by Jayci! Called to place an order for a bed frame and box spring to be delivered to my grandfather's house in Killeen, Jayci was able to assist me in the order with clear communication on steps to the payment process. I then received a call within 10min of purchase to schedule a delivery date within the week. I will be doing future purchases from here..

Wendy was very patient with us in our search for new livingroom furniture. We never felt pressured and she was quick to answer all questions and give suggestions. Girl in the front was extremely rude. She didn’t take the time to show me any furniture, then when I asked her a question she got snobby. I’ll spend more money where I’m treated right.
We were shopping for new La-Z-y Boy recliners and found this store on-line. Alex greeted us when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful but explained she was a new employee. She turned us over to Kyle when she was unable to answer our questions. Kyle was very helpful and knowlegeable. We did not find exactly what we wanted but appreciated the excellent service.

Several days ago, I posted a review referring to a dishonest and discriminatory situation at Furniture Zone. Today, I must accept that they have corrected their misconduct. Thank God, they did me justice at this furniture store. I received a call notifying me that I could buy my bed at the price they had initially quoted me. When I arrived at Furniture Zone, they were about to close, but the manager, Anthony Conde, decided to serve us. Unlike the previous manager, Mr. Conde was very kind and patient. I admired his professionalism and charisma. I must also add that Mr. Jesús was by my side at all times in case I needed anything. People like this make me want to come shopping every week. In fact, I was so happy that I will soon be back to look for more furniture for my home. Thank you, gentlemen at Furniture Zone, for your empathy and honesty.
