Customers frequently praise the staff for their patience with nervous, rescue, or first-time pets, noting that the team communicates progress updates and provides photos after grooming. Services include full grooms, baths, and nail trimming for dogs and cats, with many reviewers highlighting the quality of the cuts. However, some lower-rated reviews cite issues with appointment scheduling, last-minute cancellations, or unexpected upcharges for specific services, alongside isolated reports of dissatisfaction with how difficult pets were handled.

Lauren did an amazing job grooming our Standard Poodle! She was very attentive to his needs, made sure he was comfortable, and gave him a gorgeous cut (we plan to regrow his “Afro” so she did a great job prepping him for that) :)
My Alaskan Klee Kai looks fantastic. She was a rescue and I was uncertain how she would do. They took time with her and she did great. Will be bringing my other dog in to see how he does.

I had an absolute great experience here. It was my first time getting him fully groomed and they did an amazing job with him and were very patient even though he can be difficult with being a puppy. Can’t wait to come back next time!!

Wow! They did an excellent job with my dog, gave him such a cute cut after I completely butchered his hair at home. Lesson learned, stick to the pros! They were so sweet with my nervous dog, we will be back!
