Customers frequently praise the friendly staff, punctual appointments, and affordable pricing for dog and cat grooming services. However, low-star reviews consistently report instances of pets being injured, such as bleeding nails or skin nicks, during procedures. Additionally, some clients cite a lack of communication regarding specific care needs and perceived unresponsiveness from management when addressing service errors.

Great service and such friendly staff! Thank you for always loving and caring for Drako the way you do. It means so much to know he’s in such good hands every time he visits. We truly appreciate all the love and care you give him! ❤️🐾
My cat Ghost looks great as usual. The lady who does him tells me that Ghost sings to her when she gives him a bath 😆
