Had an install of a heat pump. It was a hard job as my AC compressor (that was being replaced) was located on the roof accessed through a small hatch. Azamat was my technician and he did a great job over the full 2 day install. Fuse was not the cheapest quote I got but I went with them as several of my neighbors had recommended the company.

I've used Fuse multiple times--broken dryer, A/C unit, water heater. This time I had a leak somewhere in my kitchen. The plumber identified the cause of the problem (a clog in the pipe from the disposal) and fixed it. I'm always impressed by their ability to figure out what is causing an issue and finding a solution. I highly recommend them for any home repair issues.

Last night, my wife and I noticed a leak coming from under our sink after we ran the dishwasher. I figured that it could be the garbage disposal or something worse, and so I found this company on Yelp with great reviews, and sure enough - Derek came through. I sent the request at 6am, and unexpectedly to my surprise, they were able to come out at 8:30am to diagnose and fix. We had other work being done at the house at around 11am and they were able to get the job done immediately.
Thank you Derek!

Great work on a complex mini split operation, very pleased with everyone from the estimator Jeff (who was super knowledgeable about the best way to do the install in a way that required minimum disruption to our home) to the install team, led by Aleksander. Just a great crew all around.

We had our HVAC installation done by Fuse and overall had a very positive experience. I especially want to call out Austin and Wade, who handled both our installation and follow-up work, they were fantastic.
During the attic insulation work (also done by Fuse), a duct was damaged, and unfortunately this wasn’t communicated to us at the time. When we called back, Fuse sent Austin and Wade again, and they identified and fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly.
Austin and Wade were extremely professional, polite, and friendly throughout the entire process. They always showed up with a smile, clearly explained what had happened and how they fixed it, and made sure everything was properly taken care of before leaving. They were respectful of our home, patient with our questions.
HVAC and attic work can be stressful, but Fuse’s willingness to take responsibility; combined with the calm, positive attitude of Austin and Wade—made the experience smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciated their workmanship, politeness, and professionalism, and I would confidently recommend Fuse based on this experience.
