Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services. Technicians are often noted for efficiently diagnosing issues and completing repairs or installations on schedule. However, some low-star reviews highlight concerns regarding project management miscommunication, billing disputes for uncompleted work, and instances of incorrect diagnoses or system underperformance.

Fuse did a fastastic job of installing my new heat pump HVAC system. They clearly explained options, met my requirements for system placement, showed up on time, worked incredibly hard through a heat wave and finished the job on time. Highly recommend

EV car charging station was installed by Vitaly. He is super knowledgeable, polite and did a thorough job in completing the work. He also explained the why’s during the process. He also did some switch repairs very quick and clean. Clearly one of the best Electrical vendors out there imho.
I had a heater repaired by Andrew who did a great job with diagnosing the problem and testing to verify the solution he determined would work. I have an old electric system that will be hard to replace. Andrew provided me with options and details that would help me make a decision in the future. Thanks for great service Fuse.
