Incredibly quick support- super knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Jonathan is literally a hero. I was locked out of my account with no clue what I even did, and he took his time to figure it out & troubleshoot until it was 100% solved. I thought I was doomed! Thank you Jonathan. 10/10.

Jonathon just solved a long-standing problem I've had with Adobe & Acrobat...that I've had for over a year. I couldn't print stuff on one of my 3 computers bc of Acrobat. Plus Jonathon got rid of the Adobe subscription I was paying for every month and didn't even need it. So in my book Jonathon is a star! Please give him a raise, a promotion and paid leave of absence for the entire month of August. I am so pleased with Jonathon's help & would like everyone to know how important it is to us non-IT guy folks like me to have this kind of technical support. Jonathon is technically sharp, a very good communicator and a very customer-focused professional. If I still owned my old company, I'd want a barn full of Jonathon's. You better take good care of him or some other business will steal him away.
