Customers consistently praise the company for rapid response times, including same-day and emergency service, as well as clear communication and professional conduct. Reviewers highlight fair pricing, thorough cleanup, and the ability to handle various plumbing issues such as leaks, drain blockages, and water heater installations. One minor criticism notes that costs can feel high for shorter jobs, though most customers view the rates as reasonable for the quality of work provided.

Great guy! Highly recommend. Good work, great price. Responsive. When I reached out 10 minutes before closing at 9:50pm I received a response and knew someone would be there the next day to help. Eased my worries and eventually got the item that was causing the drains in my home to be backed up.
Glen was great, got an immediate response, came when promised and did a great job. Cleaned everything when they were done. Also made sure everything was in working order. Gave a 90 day guarantee!!! Would definitely recommend
Glen was great—handled a complex problem quickly. We really appreciated his service!

Saw Glen’s business had awesome reviews. Called him and he was here within 24 hours to help us fix something going on with our toilet. I’m truly so picky who I choose to hire and have come into our home and I told Glen I’m glad I found my go to plumber now! Very personable, honest and straight forward and had the job done in a jiff. Thanks again Glen!!
Thank you truly appreciate it
Glen is the nicest and most accommodating plumber I have ever had the chance of working with. He carefully explained his process and was very flexible when I threw a bunch of new jobs at him at once. He did great work and I would refer him to anyone looking for an honest plumber.
Hard working. Great communication with customer. Fair price. Cleaned up work area. Finish product (new toilet, hot water heater, leaking pipe) - job well done.
Glenn was able to come out for an emergency situation and kept us updated on his ETA throughout the night until he arrived. He was quick to identify the problem and was able to take care of our family. Very professional, very personable. Will be recommending GD to all our neighbors, friends and family. 5 stars all the way
