Third time Gagnon has provided items for large party events at my house. As with the prior two - a great experience. The planning/ordering process is a breeze (they have everything- in many options- needed for a large party). Easy online selection for tables, chairs, seating, tableware, glassware and linens. Delivery is convenient and same for the pickup. Customer service is prompt and friendly and helpful in coordinating all the pieces. First rate all around and I would use again without question.
Easy to order. When my guest list went from 50-60, east to make last minute changes and receive all items. Delivery set up was worth it—the staff was patient and flexible when I needed tables rearranged.
Ordering glass ware made it easy—- I didn’t have to worry about washing 72 glasses.
Reliable, friendly, response, great customer service are key reasons I always use Gagnon for rentals. It's refreshing to have personal service with real people who are experts at what they do. The items I rent are always in excellent condition. Delivery and pick up are well managed too.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Easiest experience I've had in quite some time. Quick replies and updates to quotes. Affordable with easy, no issue delivery. Absolute recommend and will work with them for any event in the future.
Gagnon’s is my go to for any rentals or linens I need for events. From as little as 25 to over 150 guests, they always have something that will accommodate any size party. With a big inventory, so easy to work with and GREAT customer service! Highly recommend!!
I rented tables, tableclothes, dishes, glasses and cutlery for a 50 person party. The process was seamless and Gagnon rentals got back to me right away for clariification. They delivered and picked up the items on time as described and all of the items were i perfect working order and good condition when received.
Gagnon’s Party Rentals is top-notch! Their equipment is clean, their service is fast, and the staff goes above and beyond to make any event stress-free. Highly recommend for any party or celebration!
Gagnon’s did a splendid job supporting the OGC’s September meeting! We are grateful to the entire staff, especially the amazing driver who fearlessly navigated a very challenging driveway!
