Customers frequently cite the fast turnaround, friendly staff, and affordable pricing as primary benefits of their window tinting experience. Recurring themes include quick service and helpful communication during the consultation and installation process. However, several low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with application quality, specifically mentioning peeling, bubbling, and misalignment shortly after installation. Some dissatisfied customers also noted difficulties with warranty claims or perceived unprofessionalism when contacting the business by phone.

Excellent Customer Service – A Business That Stands Behind Its Work. I had ceramic window tint installed on my Toyota Camry at Galaxy Tinting ETC in August 2025. The original installation looked great, but approximately 14 months later, I noticed that the tint on one of my windows had started peeling at the corner. I returned to the shop, and they took care of the issue at no additional charge, standing behind their workmanship even after more than a year! It’s refreshing to find a business that values customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for the quality of its work. That’s the kind of customer service that earns loyalty and trust. I highly recommend Galaxy Tinting ETC to anyone looking for quality window tinting and a business that truly stands behind its work!
I came in, not knowing how or what I needed. I just knew that I wanted to have my tent dark enough where people aren’t seeing what I have in my backseat. I have no idea what her name is, but the woman at the front desk was insanely helpful, so sweet, super kind and patient Especially since I Didn’t know what I wanted. An amazing experience!
Incredible experience! I’d definitely go back there if/when I get myself another car. Shoutout to Danise and Kendy for making sure I left there with the right coated tint for each part of my car!
