In July, the large spring on my garage door snapped and, of course needed repair. I decided to try Garage Door Doctor, and I'm so glad I did!
The technician came out and, after speaking with him about various options, and because of its age, I made the decision to have the whole system redone. The actual door itself was actually in pretty decent condition, but everything else was replaced with new equipment. The technician was very friendly and informative throughout. I was a happy camper!
3 days ago I arrived home, and hit the remote to open the door and nothing happened. Fortunately the outside mounted keypad worked just fine, and I discovered the inside wall-mount was also fine. After having the remote's battery tested (it was still 100%), I called Garage Door Doctor yesterday afternoon and stated my problem. They had a technician at my house first thing this morning. He immediately pinpointed the problem, re-programmed the main ceiling unit, and all is well.
I was very impressed with the service received and can't say enough good things about the company's response and both technicians! Thank you!
