Google reviewers rate Garage Door Doctor Repair 4.9 out of 5 based on 2969 reviews, noting that the owner responds to 99% of feedback. Customers frequently praise technicians for punctuality, clear communication of repair options, and professional installation of new doors or openers. However, some low-star reviews criticize high pricing for simple services, undisclosed deposit requirements, and aggressive sales tactics that pressured customers into purchasing new units rather than receiving repairs.

The technician was on time with the scheduled appointment and explained the findings and options for correcting the garage door track. We agreed on the work and price and he completed all of the necessary repairs in a timely manner. After completing the work he went over everything and gave some suggestions for future possible repairs that can occur. We tested the garage door and everything worked as promised. I will definitely reach out for any additional repairs I may need in the future.
