Customers frequently praise the company for punctual service, knowledgeable technicians, and proactive communication, including sending technician photos and estimated arrival times before appointments. Pricing is generally described as reasonable, with staff offering multiple repair options without pressure. However, some low-star reviews highlight instances of missed follow-up communications, such as unreturned quotes, and disputes regarding service charges for recurring mechanical issues or declined appointments.

Great service! Friendly customer support, they stay in constant contact letting you when an appointment it available, knowledgeable technicians, good prices for service. The day of your appointment they send a picture of the technician who will be coming so you know who to expect, a little background on their experience, and how long it will be before they get there. The work is quick and executed with skill. Our technician, Caleb, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I cannot say enough good things about Garage Door Medics, highly recommend these guys!

This company is the best. We have 20 garage doors at 6 locations in Texas and have used many many garage door repair companies in the past. I can not say enough to express how great this company is from booking an appointment, communicating before, during and after appointment, to charging reasonable prices and so on. They had all parts necessary to repair our door on the spot. He works quickly too.
I NEVER write reviews but Garage Medic and Caleb deserve the effort from me. Caleb also goes above and beyond. This was our 2nd time using Garage Medic and we are planning to replace our doors soon. Caleb went to the trouble to discuss options and email new door info to me. Great experience. No cons!!!
