I called midday with a problem garage door that would not shut. Adam said he would have someone here 1-3. Mike showed up.around 2:00. He identified the situation and diagnosed properly very quickly and made improvements to the rails that the garage door runs on. He did all this very quickly within 2530 minutes at the most. They were very reasonable, very knowledgeable and I will be calling them again as I asked for a card and they put a sticker on my by the button in the garage. Very good company!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Garage Door Rescue! Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful, and he made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire service. As a woman who often has to handle home service appointments on my own, I sometimes feel a little uneasy about who I’ll be dealing with. You never know when a service technician might make you feel uncomfortable, but I felt completely at ease with Adam. He was respectful, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. On top of that, he did an incredible job at a fraction of the price I would have expected from one of the big corporate garage door companies. I’m so glad I chose to support a local business! If you need garage door service, definitely give Garage Door Rescue a call. I highly recommend them!
