It was roughly 24hours from the time of my text to the time the work was completed! Scott was fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

After getting a quote for thousands from another company, I had serious sticker shock! I kept reading reviews and found Garage Door Boise, and I’m so glad I did.
Rob stopped by while he was in the area, gave us a much more affordable quote, and made sure there weren’t any other issues that needed attention. We decided to spend a little more upfront on a torsion spring conversion for easier maintenance and a 10-year warranty. The price was significantly better, and the warranty was much longer than what the other company offered!
Scott came out and fixed our garage door the very same day. Both Rob and Scott were professional, helpful, and great to work with.
I’m so grateful to these guys for saving us money and providing a great long-term solution. They reminded me that there are still good contractors out there who genuinely care about their customers.
If you need garage door repair, I highly recommend Garage Door Boise! You won’t regret giving them a call. Thank you, Rob and Scott, for taking such great care of us!

Garage Door Store is drowning in five-star reviews and here is another one! After running into a few bumps with other companies, we went searching for a reliable overhead door company. We were upfront about our needs as a commercial property management company with numerous overhead doors and ongoing maintenance needs, and this team has been absolutely wonderful!
Communication is key for us, and this team truly understands that. They are quick to schedule service, keep us informed when they arrive onsite, explain our options, and get the work done efficiently. On top of that, they are consistently kind, professional, and easy to work with!
We’ve had the pleasure of working with several wonderful people on this team, including Deb, Kevin, Mitch, Joe, Collin, and Tomas (sorry if I missed anyone!).
