Garden Center at The Home Depot
Garden Center at The Home Depot at a glance
Customers describe the staff as friendly and helpful, noting that employees assist with locating items and carrying heavy bags. Reviewers mention a good selection of plants on sale at reasonable prices and appreciate the convenient drive-thru garden pick-up service. However, some note that the overall garden center selection is moderate. The location is considered good, and the positive customer service experience contrasts with negative experiences reported at other retailers.

Looking at plants & they have a good selection on sale that are reasonably priced. Various fall plants for indoors.

I went in here after having a HORRIBLE experience at Lowe's. Best decision ever! I went into the garden and landscape supply area and asked the ladies at the front if they had what I was looking for. Patsy came walking around the counter and walked with me to where the rocks were. We had a WONDERFUL conversation on the way there and back. I recently had knee surgery so she even picked up the bag and put it in the cart for me! She suggested that I keep my receipt with the sku, call and pay over the phone, and then just pull up next time and they will get me taken care of! I highly recommend going here! They have amazing customer service! Patsy is SOOOOOOO wonderful and such a caring woman!!! Thank you again! ❤

Friendly customer service at register, hard to find that service when shopping. Good location, moderate garden center selection but good service thru garden pick up drive thru.
