Scheduling was a breeze and David arrived perfectly on time. In less than an hour, he'd diagnosed the core issue (not the superficial one with our appliance) and corrected the issue. He didn't throw parts at the problem, but rather actually diagnosed. He saved us hundreds of dollars by not just replacing parts or suggesting we replace a functional appliance.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment with Skaggs. They were friendly and prompt with their availability. The technician called with his ETA, arrived on time, and was done in less than an hour.
