Gary's Quality Automotive went so far above and beyond to repair our 4Runner that five stars does not even come close to what they deserve. My wife and I were heading west on vacation when we lost a rear wheel on Interstate 80. After being towed to Gary's, they found more damage to our vehicle than we noticed at 1st glance. Knowing that we were stranded, the people at Gary's worked very hard to get our 4Runner repaired. Roger kept us informed the entire time on what was being done. When they discovered that our vehicle needed some custom welding, they contacted a custom 4x4 specialty shop and worked out a plan to perform the repair. We thought the repairs were going to take a couple of days, but they were able to fix everything in just 1 day. Roger even drove to our hotel to give us a ride to pick up our 4Runner. I deeply appreciate all of the kindness we were shown and the hard work and dedication that Gary's staff put into fixing our vehicle. If you are in need of auto repairs, this is definitely the place you want to go.

Tara was great! I’m very particular about service on my truck and they met and exceeded all my requests. They covered all my questions and made me feel confident they had everything under control. I requested if possible that I get my truck back early in the day and they did! Very reasonable price too! Use them today! You won’t be disappointed.

This place is great very attentive people they make sure you are good to hit the road. Tara is a sweetheart made sure everything was good. Also the mechanics and the other people from the office communicated to me everything about my car and discussed pricing before taking action. 100% recommend them! I wish I would have known about this place sooner! Great people!!

I was having problems with my air conditioning in my car. The dealership where I bought it wanted to charge me $2,000 to fix the problem even after charging me for the initial visit. I decided instead to take it to Gary's because I had heard from a friend how trustworthy they are there,and there's a limited guarantee on their work. My first visit at Gary's we thought the problem was fixed,then it started happening again. And on the hottest days of the year. Gary's got me back in promptly,did further troubleshooting, fixed the problem, and when they called to tell me my car was ready,they told me there was no charge for that visit. They really are trustworthy, honest,good people. I go back for oil changes that the dealership charged me twice as much for. I highly recommend Gary's Automotive.
