They Just do good

We found a house in Bonney Lake and contacted Gaurav and Lennaea to let them know we were very interested. The first thing they said was, let’s go out and see it first because they wanted to personally see the property, not just pictures. They connected us with a top-rate home inspector and a lender that made the purchase possible with a 20-day closing! Gaurav was able to negotiate our purchase at asking price and half of the club initiation fee, which we were very pleased with. Lennaea and Gaurav were very supportive throughout the whole process and we are now using them for the sale of our current home. They are both such a joy to work with and are extremely helpful in answering ALL our questions, as it has been 26 years since we have bought or sold a house. We would refer them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of guidance and Gaurav and Lennaea Sood were the perfect team to help me. Everyone says buying a home is a stressful experience but they removed the stress right from the start. No question was a dumb question. After submitting the offer and dealing with an agent who wasn’t very responsive, there was no panic. They kept at it until the deal got done. They were patient and supportive and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor. Anytime I needed something, they responded right away. When I needed an inspector, they had the perfect guy. They even made sure the inspector came back after the seller made the repairs we requested to ensure they were done right. They even referred a guy to clean my roof after we moved in. Gaurav and Lennaea don’t treat this as merely a transaction. They are willing and able to provide assistance long after the deal is done and that’s why I will go with them again in the future. These two love what they do and genuinely care about the people who employ them. It’s difficult these days to find great service but they knocked it out of the park.
