Chris was very helpful and professional during the visit. He suggested I have the Springs re-tensioned, and did the work quickly and correctly. We discussed when the door opener motor needs to be replaced, we will replace it with a Lift Master 1/2 hp. Unit. Great service, came out quickly, and wii refer your company to all my neighbors.

I called today when my garage door opener suddenly stopped working. And I was very please that I was able to schedule a service call the same day! Cameron, the technician, was friendly and competent and got my door up and running again. He also explained to me by replacing the rollers I would get extended life out of the motor.

Elroy came out the same day and installed my new motor. I had to say bye to my 1989 Raynor Chain drive. He explained the different model motors and told me about LIftmasters and why they are better than other options on the market nowadays. The office staff has great communication - friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even when we had to reschedule. When Bryson showed up, he was also friendly, thorough with explaining the options, and did a quality job! My garage door is so smooth and quiet now! Excellent experience overall!
