Everything was very well handled. We received new clickers which replaced our outdated old ones that were not functioning well. We also had our door lubricated which assisted in reducing the noise and provided better closing.

Used them to fix my older garage door that wasn’t running smoothly from sagging slightly. Didn’t try to sell me a new door or overly expensive repair options.
