We have been using Gecko for several years. Megan in the office is always so helpful with scheduling and so helpful if we have an issue in between service. Joseph is our tech and he is so polite and respectful and goes over and above to make sure we are spider-free. The owner came out when the scheduled tech was…
Great Service As Always… Professional and efficient…
Update Feb 2026. Still absolutely in love with Gecko. Seriously from their office staff to their techs, they are amazing. Matt gave me some suggestions for flea treatments that HE gives to his dogs. Nothing says confidence like "I use it for my dogs". Seriously, cannot thank you all enough for how amazing your…
Timely and courteous technician.

Gecko pest control provided pest control for our house in Durham. Friendly, hard working, Greta customer service!!
Matt is so kind and knowledgeable. I can’t do bugs and creepy crawlers - he instantly put me at ease. Can’t wait to see how the service holds up, but awesome first impression of him and the company
The service tech was here around 15 minutes a nice guy but I feel he could be a little more thorough. We have a slightly larger home and don’t think a thorough job could be completed in that amount of time. As stated in the service report he used 4 gallons of whatever to treat the area
Gecko does an amazing job with pest control at my house. They are always quick to come out when I have an issue and I love that I am not having toxic chemicals sprayed all over my property!

Matthew was very thorough on explaining Gecko’s services as well as being realistic with me about our issues. I never felt pressured to use their services from speaking to the dispatcher when I originally called to schedule or from Matthew. Very happy with their services, and I will continue to use them for preventative pest control.

Very professional work by Matt Barber. Explained services and what he would do. Options for treating pets, services that can be retained, and work to be preformed.
He was helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me take down my wasp nest that I had litterly all around the house. Great cleaning up afterwards.
Mathew, our tech, was quick, professional and effective. Gecko pest control has been easy to work with, cost efficient and responsive. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the service they have provided to my family.
I appreciate having the bugs taken care of. I don't like waking up in the night with anything climbing on me. Or going into one of my sheds and being attacked by wasps. Thank you for taking them out for me.

Gecko has been coming every other month for the last year since we bought our first home. Now we rarely see bugs inside the house, although now that summer has…
Jordan was the best. He spent the time looking for the problems we relayed to him and took action to fix those issues. If I could give him his own stars rating it would be a 10. Thank you Jordan Frank!

I moved into my new home 2 years ago and discovered that I had an ant, cockroach, pincher bug, and spider problem. Eeek! Shawn was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone!
We started with Gecko in March 2020. I had bought a Keurig at Kohls for Christmas and by late February it was obvious where the little roach-like bugs were coming from.
