The service manager Drew came on time and gave me professional suggestions on how to control and prevent the further pest investigation, very knowledgeable , professional and friendly.
Matthew was very thorough on explaining Gecko’s services as well as being realistic with me about our issues. I never felt pressured to use their services from speaking to the dispatcher when I originally called to schedule or from Matthew. Very happy with their services, and I will continue to use them for preventative pest control.

Megan was promt at getting us an appointment. Service is great and on time. Repetitive service and in between is a great deal and ideal to maintain a bug free home and yard.
Jordan came out and cold knocked one day, after trying to handle the problem ourselves we figured it was better to call the professionals. He and their office were awesome. I called, asked to have Jordan come back out to help us before a party and he made it out the same day I called. Very thorough, professional, and informative.
