Matthew was very thorough on explaining Gecko’s services as well as being realistic with me about our issues. I never felt pressured to use their services from speaking to the dispatcher when I originally called to schedule or from Matthew. Very happy with their services, and I will continue to use them for preventative pest control.

Jordan came out and cold knocked one day, after trying to handle the problem ourselves we figured it was better to call the professionals. He and their office were awesome. I called, asked to have Jordan come back out to help us before a party and he made it out the same day I called. Very thorough, professional, and informative.

My son is in college at Chico State. Not unlike many homes in the community, he found himself with a cockroach issue. I found Gecko based on a prior review that mentioned they were fair and prices reasonable. I was looking for a single service or two, without a contract commitment. When I reached out to the front…
Ross came over and was very friendly. Super straight to the point and cared about me as a customer.
We started with Gecko in March 2020. I had bought a Keurig at Kohls for Christmas and by late February it was obvious where the little roach-like bugs were coming from. Turns out they were in fact roaches, eek! Not uncommon when boxes ship from overseas, I found out. Anyway, Tim from Gecko quickly took care of the…
Ross has been on time and been nothing but awesome both visits. He was very knowledgeable and obviously cares about what he does for his customers. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and comfortable with my animals upon both visits which made it even easier. Whatever competition your having, he should win!
Shawn was awesome! We switched to Gecko because we needed a company who was consistent with their scheduling and appointments, and we got exactly that. We received a text the day before our appointment, and Shawn gave me a call 20 minutes before his arrival. When he arrived he was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the service. Would recommend!
