Clean quick and respectful
Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my questions regarding certain insects. He was so friendly and nice!
Dacoda from Gecko helped us with a Rat Problem. We purchased the Free Quote, possibly a house inspection, and Rat Control service Dacoda inspected the house and sealed up potential points of entry (also let us know about other risks from other animals ((ants, wasps, etc))). We’re near the end of our Rat Control services and it seems like the rats are gone.
Always great customer service!
Our technician Dacoda provided a very thorough and careful examination of the entire house and surrounding vegetation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very appreciative of his expertise.

They were informative and professional. Dakota explained everything what he was going to do and safety precautions! I'm pleased with the service!!
Had a mouse issue that I handled and wanted the professionals to come over and check the house. Decoda came on time and was able to give me detailed instructions on how I could further rodent proof my house. Coming back in a week to check some test traps in the attic. Highly recommend Gecko and Decoda. Professional and efficient.
Dacoda was very thorough and eased my daughter’s mind about her concerns. Luckily no evidence of bugs were found, but he provided clear recommendations in how to stay diligent in the future. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

So far so good. We had an inspection for rats. We have em! We walked around the house exterior and showed me where they might be getting in. He seemed knowledgeable so Im hiring him to come back and get rid of them.

We have been on Geckos every 3 month subscription for a couple years now and we barley see any spiders, bugs, ect. The technicians definitely know there stuff. They are great at communicating. Right on time and have no problem with special calls. A special thank you too Matt B. For going above and beyond, alway…
#1. Used a couple bug businesses in the past year. This is the best considering knowledge, professionalism, and always prompt. Great change for me. Forest Ranch is not easy to keep up with. Each year a different group of bugs arrive. #2. Trouble with gnat’s, baby scorpions. Called to see if anything might be done.…
