We have been using Gecko for several years. Megan in the office is always so helpful with scheduling and so helpful if we have an issue in between service. Joseph is our tech and he is so polite and respectful and goes over and above to make sure we are spider-free. The owner came out when the scheduled tech was…
Update Feb 2026. Still absolutely in love with Gecko. Seriously from their office staff to their techs, they are amazing. Matt gave me some suggestions for flea treatments that HE gives to his dogs. Nothing says confidence like "I use it for my dogs". Seriously, cannot thank you all enough for how amazing your…
Joe was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Told me what his process would be. Im hoping these yellow jackets go away. They were underground. He sprayed where they are. Im just waiting for them to go nite nite. He said he will be back to check. Joe came by again today 8/25/2026 to make sure the yellow jackets were dead!!!!!

Dacoda did great! Efficient and thorough service. Took time to answer all my questions and offered suggestions for me to continue good stewardship of my home. Explained that he could add something today instead of scheduling an extra trip so that was a nice touch. Thanks!

Matt is so kind and knowledgeable. I can’t do bugs and creepy crawlers - he instantly put me at ease. Can’t wait to see how the service holds up, but awesome first impression of him and the company
