The product and the install are all working well. The communications when workers would arrive, or not, need to be better utilized. If you're running late or had vehicle problems, a call would be nice. If you're scheduled to arrive at a certain day & time, be there, and if not call to let us know you aren't coming or will be late.
Generator Supercenter and ALL of the support team have been a pleasure to work with. From the estimation, pre-installation, installation and follow-up, all aspects have been absolutely positive.
Their installation team (Dominic and Elijah) were excellent and did a phenomenal job. Both were professional and comprehensive.

This is a great company. Tiffany the secretary is terrific…knowledgeable, personable, and follows up appropriately. She goes out of her way for the customer. Also shout out to Jackson L who derived our generator. Also personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did routine maintenance including, cleaning, changing oil, changing spark plugs, and testing to ensure working properly. I have been very pleased with Generator Supercenter

Dominick & Alex came to change out my generator. It had a lightening strike. They were amazing working as a great team. Dominick is extremely knowledgeable with all the electrical and so much more. Both were kind and answered all my questions while working. Kind and professional throughout the process. I am grateful for there hard work 🙏😊

The technicians and the installation went fine. The communication and customer service are horrible. Ask for a call back and it never happens. They say they will call you back and they never do. It is very frustrating just to get Information from them. If I were rating on the installation, it would be much higher, but customer service and communication is very important to me in this area. They fell flat.
