They disposed of my old IT electronics quickly, securely and hassle free. I highly recommend using Genesis for any electronics you need recycled with secure data wiping. They said none of the equipment ends up in a landfill, and I believe them. Great people and a great company.

He claims it was tested and works and that I'm wasting his time for not paying him $650 for a non-working refrigerator?? Crooks! Wasted 6 hours of my time in Chicago traffic congestion, $30 in tolls and $70 in fuel just to be gaslighted about a clearly scam deal. He has an entire warehouse full of open-box returned items. This refrigerator was returned because it didn't cool and he's trying to gaslight me into shelling out $650 for it after very poor communication beforehand. Scam seller!

Genesis Electronics Recycling hired me as a contractor to provide Web-content services earlier this year. Over the course of a few months, I did quite a bit of work for the company’s marketing manager, Alex Ligum, who then refused to pay me despite the fact that I’d followed his instructions to the letter and he was happy with my previous work. I finally had to send the bill to collections and was paid a fraction of what they owed me. From these reviews it looks like their customers have had positive experiences, but if you're a services provider, I strongly recommend that get your money upfront every time. They'd paid me for a few projects, and that's why I trusted them to pay, but they ended up stiffing me, for no other reason than being dishonest crooks. Don't be lulled into trusting them. GET PAID IN ADVANCE EVERY TIME.
