Genesis has been a great fit for my pelvic floor PT. I started seeing Madison early in my second trimester when I began experiencing pelvic pain during my pregnancy with twins. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, including challenges I’d experienced with pelvic floor PT during my first pregnancy, and developed an approach that worked for my specific issues. As my pregnancy progressed, my pelvic pain became severe, but Madison made a big difference in my quality of life. Her care helped me continue walking and stay as mobile as possible throughout my third trimester, which I truly don’t think would have been possible without her. I’m now seeing Madison again postpartum as I recover from a complicated C-section, and my experience has been just as positive. She’s provided practical exercises and tips I can incorporate at home to support my recovery. Madison is warm, personable, relatable and genuinely listens to her patients. She has made me feel heard, comfortable and supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the difference she’s made during both my pregnancy and postpartum recovery and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pelvic floor PT!

Really enjoyed this birth class. Jen was amazing, very knowledgeable and answered all questions. My husband and I would highly recommend this class.
Genesis saved me in my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies, minimizing pelvic girdle pain and allowing me to continue moving around my house and lifting my older kids easily. Leneice is incredible, as is Becky! Cannot recommend more.

Dr. Leneice Beasley has been amazing to work with- she is genuinely passionate about helping her clients and it shows through in every appointment. I can see major improvements on my pelvic floor over the last year since the birth of my son via c section last fall. If I ever have any exercises that we don’t see improvements from she is always figuring out what we can do differently instead of dismissing it and saying “let’s just keep trying this until we see results”, I appreciate that and it shows she’s innovative on how to help her clients based on individual needs and bodies.

I had a great experience with Dr. Madison Young. She worked with me to improve my core stability and to manage some pain associated with having scar tissue from 2 c-sections. I felt like she gave me valuable knowledge to help me improve with a home exercise program but also utilizing manual techniques like dry needling and cupping. The Dallas location was very convenient for me and the facility is nice.

Dr Maddie is amazing! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at educating the patient. She does a great job of making the patient feel comfortable and heard. I’ve had a couple of pelvic floor PT experiences, and though both were good, I appreciated Maddie’s whole-body approach. Her methods have given me a lot of knowledge, tools, and improvement, and I feel more confident about the longevity of the results. Grateful for great healthcare providers like her!
