The team came and packed us up for an out of state move. They were timely, kind and extremely professional. They showed up when they said they would, got everything packed quickly and efficiently. The next day they came to pick everything up and the process was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Andrew, Salven, and Dennis are a great team. We moved apartments on the same floor of our building. These guys were on time for arrival, highly efficient and careful with our move. We wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

Fro start to finish the entire crew at Gentle Giant did an excellent job during my interstate move. The movers were professional. Everything was securely packed and arrived in top shape. I would highly recommend Gentle Giant.

Overall quite professional, honest and dependable.
Sales rep did a thorough and accurate estimate based on the items we were moving. Their hourly rate was a little higher than other movers but the total hours were fewer so the total was the same.
Office staff followed up on a regular basis and politely answered all question I had. They also called ahead the day before and day of the move with the crew's ETA.
The moving crew was on-time, quick, careful, experienced and good-natured with a balanced set of skills. They were happy to answer questions and listened closely to suggestions on how previous movers had handled our unusual pieces of furniture; a mechanical table and and electric loveseat recliner that was a very tight fit through a door. We experienced logistical challenges in the city, specifically parking, and they were knowedgable enough to consider various alternatives to resolve the issues.

So far we have used Gentle Giant twice, once for a local move and for a long distance move from PA to VA. Each time we had a seamless experience, I highly recommend them. They also offer storage units at a good price.

Gentle Giant was a great moving service that I highly recommend. Beyond just getting the job done efficiently, everyone we worked with had a great attitude and approach. All accommodating, helpful, and very well organized. We got Gentle Giant to move us out, store our belongings, help with some large furniture movement in our new home, then the full move-in. Don't even look for an alternative if you're considering using this moving service.
