⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had Daniel and his team at Genuine Flooring redo the wood floors in our Snohomish home, and we couldn't be happier. Daniel was easy to work with from the very first conversation. He explained what our floors needed, gave us a clear plan, and did exactly what he said he would.
The crew showed up on time, treated our home with respect, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The craftsmanship is beautiful: the finish is smooth and even, and the natural grain of the wood really shines now. Our whole house feels warmer and brighter.
If you want honest, skilled people who take real pride in their work, call Genuine Flooring. Thank you, Daniel!

I was looking for a reliable hardwood floor sanding and refinishing company to restore the 20-year-old hardwood floors in my Lynnwood home when I came across Genuine Flooring. From the start, Daniel, the owner, was incredibly responsive and professional. He came out to my home the same day I contacted him to provide an estimate and was completely transparent about pricing and costs upfront, which I really appreciated.
Daniel and his team were flexible with my schedule and did an outstanding job sanding and refinishing my hardwood floors. They brought my aging floors back to their original beauty—honestly, they look even better than they did 20 years ago!
The finished floors are absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're in Lynnwood or the surrounding Seattle area and looking for a trustworthy company for hardwood floor sanding and refinishing, I highly recommend Genuine Flooring. Their professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations!

Genuine Flooring refinished our floors in October and did a great job. Daniel was easy to work with — communicative, showed up when he said he would, and the floors look beautiful. They also installed new baseboards for us, which really finished the whole look. Would happily use them again.

I received 3 quotes from different companies. Daniel was the only one who spent almost 30 minutes on the floor with me and offered the approach I am most comfortable with. Daniel and his crew finished the job yesterday, and I am happy with the result. I would recommend Genuine Flooring.

120-year old fir floors were worn, scratched, and stained over decades. Didn't hold out much hope for them. They turned out even better than the sample photos we were shown. We didn't wait long for contract, the crew showed on time, were very efficient, and cleaned up all materials. Price is reasonable. Recommend highly.

We love working with Genuine Flooring - the owner (who is also usually the person doing the install and finish work) is a great person to have on your job. He shows up when he says he will, he does a beautiful job and even offers a delayed final coat - ensuring that the finish product is picture ready.
