The management and technicians continued their excellent service I’ve experienced with GermanTech MotorWorks over the past 3 years! In-addition to a thorough explanation of the diagnosed problems and the possible repair solutions and costs, they informed me that the brake replacement i thought was needed wasn’t actually necessary at this time. They kept me informed of the work being done and the completion expectations throughout the time of my car’s repair while I had their loaner car. Their professionalism, honesty, and their patience to explain what the customer doesn’t understand/know are reasons i’ll continue bringing my cars to GermanTech.
