I’ve been struggling with cloudy pool water for weeks, so I called Germantown Pool Pros. They came out quickly and took the time to check everything from the filter to the chemicals. They even gave me some tips on maintaining the water balance myself. Pool’s been crystal clear ever since. Friendly, honest, and really know their stuff. Definitely worth the call!

Called these guys for regular pool maintenance and cleaning. I’ve been dealing with a lot of pool companies over the years, but Germantown Pool Pros really stood out. They’re punctual, polite, and actually take the time to do things right. No shortcuts. My pool’s always sparkling when they leave, and I love that I don’t have to babysit them while they work.

My pool looked like a swamp for a long time. I didn't make the time to get a professional out to treat it as I should have (don't judge me lol) but I'm glad a friend recommended Germantown Pool Pros. They came out repaired and treated my pool in a timely manner. My pool looks better than it did before. They staff was so fun and professional. I will definitely be using them as my permanent go to services from now on.

Just had Germantown Pool Pros redo the tile work around my pool. They were super professional, and the crew was polite and thorough. There was a bit of a delay due to some weather, but they kept me in the loop the whole time. The finished product looks fantastic, and I’m already planning to get them to do some routine maintenance. Highly recommend for anyone who needs pool work done right!

I had a bad experience with another company last year, so I was cautious about who I hired this time. Germantown pool pros came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The crew was on time, courteous, and got my pool equipment up to speed without any issues. They even gave me a rundown of how to do some easy maintenance myself. great work!

Needed a pool heater repair fast before the weather got too cold. Germantown Pool Pros were on it. They came the same day, figured out the issue quickly, and had it up and running in just a few hours. The whole team was friendly and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary stuff. Really appreciated their straightforward approach and expertise.

Had to get my pool re-lined after some cracks showed up over the winter. The Germantown Pool Pros crew was really professional and did an amazing job. They finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the new liner looks awesome. There was a minor mix-up with the color at first, but they fixed it right away with no hassle. Great experience overall.
