Our guests could not get over how stunning the venue was and how smoothly the day went. From the first tour, through planning milestones, and throughout the whole day, they were communicative, helpful, and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us plan and throw a wedding, especially while living out of state. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best day!

We got married here, and choosing this venue was the best decision we made! From our very first tour to the final exit, working with Kalen, Jaclyn, Ken and the entire team was an absolute dream.
Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how well coordinated/seamless the flow from ceremony to reception was. The venue itself is stunning, but what really sets them apart is their level of service. We LOVED our venue, and it somehow looked even more magical and beautiful on the day of our wedding than all the other days we'd seen it before. But the highlight of having our wedding at Gerry Ranch was working with Kalen.
Working with Kalen was a gift beyond measure. It's really hard to put into words how capable, kind, caring, and ferocious (in the best way) she is. Kalen is the kind of person you want in your corner, and she's the main reason we picked the venue we did!
The day of, I was truly blown away by how much love, care, and attention to detail she put into everything. Someone tried to interrupt our family before we began walking down the aisle (I know) and all it took was one look at Kalen and it was handled before it became a problem. And there are so many similar moments, from her trying to get a stain out of my dress after the ceremony, to her making sure we were always fed with a fresh drink in hand, and more we can't remember in the blur of the day, including so many moments she probably handled without us even knowing about it.
From the start to the end, Kalen made us feel so taken care of — going truly beyond just "doing her job." She is SO caring, strong, confident, unapologetically herself (not that she has anything to apologize for). I want to be more like Kalen, both at my own job and outside of it. It's incredible to work with someone who is truly doing what they are meant to do. I wish we could find more reasons to keep working with her because wow, what a joy.

We couldn't recommend Gerry Ranch more. We got married in August 2026 and it was magical! All of our guests loved it. From start to finish Jaclyn and her team are so well organized and will make sure nothing is missed. It is truly a beautiful venue at night and we will never forget it. Everything went so smooth and we couldn't be more thankful!

Our wedding day was everything we imagined and more! The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained, making it the perfect place for our celebration. Gerry Ranch is so fantastic. My wife and I got married there this year and we could not have been happier with our experience. Jaclyn made us feel informed, prepared, and equipped throughout the entire process, which made planning so much easier and enjoyable for us. The venue itself is truly stunning. The Ranch has an inherent beauty that is absolutely breathtaking. Every corner of the property feels special and attended to.
