I initially left a 5-star review because the service appeared to go smoothly. Unfortunately, the service was later challenged in court, and I was required to have the defendant re-served. This left me questioning whether the correct person was served in the first place. When I contacted Luis about the issue, he specifically told me he would re-serve the documents at no additional cost. We discussed meeting so I could provide the paperwork, and based on that conversation, I believed the matter would be resolved. However, after multiple follow-up messages, he stopped responding and completely ignored my attempts to coordinate the re-service. As a result, I was forced to hire another process server and incur additional time and expense. What disappointed me most was not the original issue itself, but the lack of communication and follow-through after assuring me that the matter would be taken care of. Based on my overall experience, I can no longer justify my original 5-star rating. Future customers should be aware that if an issue arises after service is completed, they may not receive the support or communication they expect.

He acted promptly and kept me posted throughout each step - even actioning on an early morning ask requested the night before. Within a matter of days, the service was already successfully complete, well ahead of legal deadlines. Thank you! Edit: I needed Luis to make an admentment few weeks after the service.
