Mr. Jackson did an excellent job on my inspection. He went over and beyond my expectations. His reports were very detailed and ultimately helped in getting issues resolved before I closed on my house. Very satisfied with his work.
Jermaine is always reliable and provides the most detailed inspections!
Jermain is very professional, proficient and amazing. Nothing left to be said. He gets it done!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jermaine and the level of service he provides as a home inspector. I actually met Jermaine during a transaction where I was representing the seller and he was the inspector for the buyer. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness that I have since referred and used him for two of my own buyer clients and I’m getting ready to book him again! Jermaine is always punctual, professional, incredibly detailed, and informative. He takes the time to explain his findings in a way that buyers can easily understand and is always welcoming and patient with any questions my clients may have. What really stands out to me is the quality of his inspection reports. They are extremely thorough, well organized, easy to understand, and supported with the details buyers need to make informed decisions. His reports are so comprehensive that there are often very few questions left unanswered. As a REALTOR®, I have worked with many inspectors over the years, and Jermaine is truly one of the best home inspectors I have worked with in years. I feel very comfortable recommending him to my clients and appreciate knowing they are in knowledgeable and professional hands. Highly recommend!
I had 2 homes inspected by Jermaine that I was interested in buying (2025 and 2026). He is very accommodating with his schedule and a few times was able to fit me in for re-inspections. My issues result from the final re-inspection done on my closing date (while I was 39 weeks pregnant, so was not present). Jermaine informed me that all of the fixes to the home had been repaired (electrical outlets working, hot water heater installed, new stove, dishwasher working) however after moving in those items were either not working, leaking, or not installed correctly. It was missed that my hot water heater is missing a vent and that my furnace exhaust is not up to code, which resulted in Atlanta Gas cutting them both off until they are fixed (this was found out when Atlanta Gas came out due to the gas leak because the stove was not installed correctly). This is costing me over $3,000 to have these items fixed, all things I wish was informed of prior to closing on my house. Update in response to owner: Yes, 2 re-inspections were completed and paid for. I have in text message Jermaine stating he did not run a full cycle on the dishwasher to check if it was fully repaired (which it was not). There are no mentions in my inspection reports about any possible concerns with the furnace/HVAC. Funny that he calls it a fixer-upper now after I gave this review, however our conversations during the initial inspection in person differ.
Worst customers ever. I gave this couple discounts because they needed it and decided to buy a fixer upper with several major issues, which I called out every single one during the original inspection. They wanted me to reinspect the repairs which did twice. When we call out issues, we recommend a licensed contractor come out and repair the items. Apparently the sellers didn’t use one and now I’m the blame even when we state in the reinspection report that we don’t guarantee the workmanship, craftsmanship, and if items are done to code. It’s actually a relief not to work with a customer like you. Take care
Jermaine has done over a dozen home inspections for my clients. He's very reasonable and does a thorough inspection. Goes above and beyond to fit you in his schedule. I would highly recommend Get It Done Home Inspections! Terri Martinez/Associate Broker/CENTURY 21 NUWAY REALTY
Thanks again Terri, you ladies definitely keep me busy and I’m honored to be a preferred partner.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I highly recommend Jermaine with Get It Done Home Inspection! He inspected my buyer’s townhome and provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Jermaine was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked my buyer and me through the property, explained the issues clearly, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We received the inspection report the very next morning, which allowed me to promptly submit the findings to the seller and negotiate necessary repairs before closing. 10 out of 10! I will definitely use Jermaine for my future clients and will gladly refer him to other real estate agents as well. Thank you, Jermaine, for taking great care of my buyer! 👏🏽 — Tawana Pearson, Realtor®
