Shai came to my home today to do a termite inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and took photos and videos of a couple of issues that need to be addressed. Overall, I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. Will definitely use Getem Services for any termite and pest control services in the future.

Ray was very helpful in not only addressing my concerns about a property I manage but to explain the options in full. UPDATE, OCT 2026 Mike came and was great. He explained things, listened to my concerns and addressed those areas, especially in my basement.
I've used Getem for over 20 years now and they never disappoint. I thought Gary was the best, but Joshua came through and did his thing today. He explained everything, answered all of my questions with solutions and I was impressed with the pictures he shared of the areas that I should address.
My concerns around pricing were explained with a billing plan that is affordable, which is a bonus in today's times. Joshua was able to have me sign the digital plan on a mobile device which sent me the email and plan details immediately. Once I signed, Joshua treated the area inside and out according to my preferences.
Overall, I'm glad to have Getem getting em again.

Harry is always incredibly nice, professional and efficient. He always has the most pleasant demeanor and was always so friendly to our dog Addie. We never have any issues when he’s able to complete his full spray of the house. Happy to see him every time he’s here.

Andrew arrived today, in fact he was a little early which was great, and presented himself as a professional, friendly, knowledgeable technician who answered my questions and performed the annual inspection completely and efficiently.
