Customers frequently praise the shop for same-day availability, fair pricing, and the quality of repairs on items like recliners, sofas, and beds. However, several low-star reviews highlight a pattern of missed appointments and unreturned calls, with some clients reporting that they did not receive quotes or completed repairs. Raymond came a few hours after I contacted him and fixed my mom's old Lazyboy recliner quickly, no fuss, no muss!
Great chair repair service. The repair was completed carefully, and the chair feels sturdy and comfortable again
Mr. Raymond was a hero for us after we discovered that our prize 8ft sofa would not make the stairway bend in our new townhome. Mr. Raymond was able to disassemble the sofa so that we could carry it upstairs and then reassemble it in place to the point that you would never even know it had been touched. We were a little concerned when he started cutting our sofa into pieces but the end result was phenomenal. So glad we were able to find him. Thank you Mr. Raymond!!!!
Excellent work and customer service!
We were honestly pretty frustrated with our Living Spaces couches. They were extremely creaky and loud—every little movement would make noise. It got to the point where it was hard to relax and enjoy them. Mr. Raymond came out, took a look, and immediately knew what was going on. He gave us a quote and added additional support underneath the couches and cushions. Since then, the difference has been incredible. The creaking and loud noises are gone, and the couches feel much sturdier and more comfortable. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain the issue and fixed it the right way. We are very happy with the results. Honestly, at this point, Mr. Raymond should be making furniture himself! If you're having issues with your furniture, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Great work and money well spent.
Wonderful service! Raymond was able to come by quickly and did an amazing job repairing the scratches on a few pieces of furniture. He worked quickly and diligently. I will definitely use him again!
Raymond came to our house today and can't say enough great things about his work. He re-stuffed my recliner seat and got a cantaloupe sized stain off the leather back that's been there for a few years! Looks like a new recliner.
They did a great job at a reasonable price I would be happy to recommend them to any of my friends.
Mr Raymond did an excellent job on my love seat and couch, they needed extra cushion, he came out promptly and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend him. very professional work.
Mr Raymond was very quick to respond to my request and came out the next say and did an excellent job on my furniture repair and did it in no time. He goes above and beyond and he makes sure that you are satisfied with the job. The repair job was excellent, you can’t even tell that it was repaired. It looks like it did when I originally purchased the furniture years ago. He is very professional with a wonderful attitude and personality. His work shows that he knows and love what he does. . He was wonderful to work with. I will definitely be contacting him for any furniture repairs that I need. In the future
