I called valley tree masters to trim my 35 ficus trees lining the walls of my backyard, into a nicely manicured hedge after storms blew a few of them down because they were too tall. Robert came out and was very friendly about asking me how I would like everything to look. He understood and followed my directions perfectly. He even trimmed down one tree, then got off his ladder to look at his work from a distance and then confirmed with me that the trees were at the right height. They did a spectacular job, quickly and with stellar customer service. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. Thanks guys!!
