Came here today told me 10-15 minute wait, we never got seated. Horrible experience

Hello, my name is Amanda -owner of Ginas - im sorry to hear of this experience, but I would like to discuss this situation with you- as to why you didnt get seated? Was your name on rhe waitlist? Or what exactly happened so I can discuss with my staff and address this with them. So wasn't Crazy about this place, My coffee cup sat empty for more than 5 Minutes until I asked a different host if I could have more coffee, after we had already asked our waitress for more cream. I had asked for over medium eggs which where not cooked to over medium, Our waitress really didn't attend to us until she saw us asking waiter for assistance who by the way was great, I believe his name was Yecir talk black man, he was really great and more attentive than our waitress. Very doubtful we will ever return to this place. Just wasn't crazy about the customer service. Or the eggs & Suasage wasn't my favorite either..
Dani was outside at Customer Service and was very friendly and welcoming. The food was awesome, and the overall experience was great! Thank you, Dani, for your excellent customer service. 😊
Sad to leave this review since I used to love it here :( today we went in and were seated outside when we walked out it was FILLED w flies but it was raining so we thought that was why so we asked to be switched to inside when we had to place our food order our server went to tell the people in the back our order and a young guy w a bandana around his head put his hand up to his forehead in frustration rolling his eyes then my friend dropped a plastic bowl on accident that had nothing in it and he looked up sighed and grabbed his face with both of his hands in frustration once he saw me look he came up and said it’s okay and not to worry.. if he never saw me see him do that he wouldn’t have cared at all… I won’t be coming back… for the amount I paid in food the service was not it…..
Came to have brunch with a couple of my friends. Friends got a table I was running a few minutes behind, when I walked in I was settling myself at the table when the host Alex came up to me and told me “your stroller is a bit much” I said excuse me and he said “your stroller is a bit much we don’t allow strollers inside or outside” I kindly replied it’s a stroller I can place it here and there’s no issue. The waitress didn’t seem to mind or seem to have a problem with it. Alex is very rude and professional. The issue is that he try to offer a solution. I will not return to this establishment.

We’re sorry your visit felt unwelcome, and your feedback is a clear reminder for us to handle these situations with greater care. We’ll be looking closely at how we can create a friendlier experience moving forward.
We do allow strollers, as long as we stay ADA Compliant in regards to walkways and such for other patrons, thats why we do try to offer slings and tables that would not interfere also with handicap regulations. Im sorry that this wasnt communicated effectively, and I will make sure to discuss this among staff members.
I wish I would have known that there had been an issue when I spoke to you and was talking to you about your beatiful newborn baby- nothing was mentioned to me otherwise I would have addressed the situation at the time of your visit. However, I was unaware that anything had occurred prior. I really do apologize and hope to see you again!
