Beautiful Place, but Very Disappointing Service
I am writing this review out of genuine disappointment. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and very well kept, but unfortunately, the quality of service did not match the appearance or the prices.
I chose the $55 pedicure from their service menu, expecting a more thorough treatment, especially considering the different price ranges and services advertised.
Unfortunately, there was very little actual cleaning or attention given to my toenails. I repeatedly mentioned to my nail technician that I could still feel discomfort from an ingrown toenail, but she simply told me there was nothing else she could cut. Aside from what appeared to be a cuticle nipper, no other tools were used to properly clean around my toenails. I understand that nail technicians cannot treat ingrown toenails medically, but I still expected a more thorough basic pedicure.
The massage lasted maybe five minutes, which was also disappointing. What made it even more frustrating was watching the customer next to me receive what appeared to be nearly the same service, despite choosing one of the most basic pedicure options.
When a business offers different pedicure packages at different prices, customers should be able to notice a difference in the quality, attention, and services provided.
I don’t mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to receive what I’m paying for.
Overall, if you’re simply looking for a quick toenail trim and a little lotion on your legs, this may be the place for you. However, if you’re expecting a thorough pedicure, detailed nail care, and a relaxing massage, my experience fell very short of those expectations.
It’s unfortunate because the salon has such a beautiful atmosphere and so much potential. I truly hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because a beautiful salon means very little when the quality of service doesn’t match the price.

We always do our best to take care of our customers, and our technician did check with you several times to make sure your ingrown toenail was properly addressed. However, if an ingrown toenail is too deep, we are limited in what we can safely do and recommend seeing a medical specialist.
Regarding the service time, the customer next to you received a gel pedicure, which naturally takes longer, while your service was a regular pedicure without polish. Our technician also provided a massage and foot mask treatment as part of your service.

I wanted to try a different shape and do a Halloween theme but keep nails short. I love the shape and design. I also had a Glamorous pedicure which I recommend.

Tu was so great! She looked at my old acrylic nails that were damaging my real nails so bad and recommended to try her protein nails and they are so amazing! This is my actual nails so no harsh chemical added to a fake set of nails, after one session they are so strong and light feeling! I would highly recommend trying her Protein nails!!
