I was approved for aid home service on 4/17/2026. Today is 5/22/2026 I have not had no luck with these people it been a month and week and they still trying to figure out how to get me in the schedule they have told me they have one person I can come to my house for service at the last minute no show a week and a half later they tell me they have somebody at 10:00 today Friday no show they called me at 12:00 to tell me the ladies having car issues this is crazy if I could give this company a zero I would love to I don't have a choice so I come to the internet to express how I feel and that dislike I am getting surgery next week and I still don't have a aid this is crazy

As a visiting patient from Florida having outpatient surgery at Mass General, I needed a medical escort to be discharged safely. Global One Healthcare was excellent from start to finish. They responded to my email very quickly, made the entire process simple, and were consistently kind and communicative. Ella was my driver and was absolutely lovely. My discharge time ended up being later than expected, but he stayed in close communication with my hospital contacts and handled everything seamlessly. We needed care for our Dad because we was not no longer available to be there, and After speaking with Global One Homecare, we were very happy to work with them and most thing I liked they do pedicures and manicures. Our aides assigned to our home treated our Dad with care and compassion ❤️

Global One Home Care is wonderful ...very professional...very responsive...and really caring staff!

The caregiver was a little inexperienced at first but eventually came around and ended up doing a great job. But the early days were rough. Maybe do some in house on boarding with the Care givers to get them to understands the client needs. 3 stars.
