I have the Elite service contract with them because we have frequent ant problems. On average, I would need them 2 or 3 times a year for ants and 1 time for a wasp nest or something like that. He was very thorough in identifying any deficiencies (I had quite a lot, from Carpenter bees, Hornets nests to large red ant hills) and walked me through the benefits of my package with the company.
