Arrives when scheduled, and does a thorough job. Bodyguard pest control seems to work well!
Excellent service! Very thorough inspection and the technician, Mark Pierce, explained past treatments that I have received as well as having me accompany him while performing this year's inspection. Great guy, prompt, very polite and knowledgeable! I will most definitely request Mark in the future for my termite inspection.

Tech needed my scheduled day off but rescheduled for next day! Did what was expected! Moved a trap for better location!
Mark is an excellent technician! Go to Pros has worked with us very well to resolve our “bug” issue!
Chad was our technician. He was so kind. Clearly explained the process and the estimated cost. He was careful to answer all my questions since we have a kitty. We just moved back to Ohio and we are thrilled that we found Go2PRO to help us with our extermination services!!!
Anthony was the ultimate pro at getting the job done!
Very professional, on time. Did a great job! Also helpful in identifing things we can do to prevent bugs from coming back. Mark was excellent.
Highly recommend giving them a call. I had made arrangements with two other pest control companies to give me an inspection for treatment, and they didn't show up. Go2 pros did what they said, when they said they were going to do it.
We did a termite and a bug inspection. Mat Haywood was very professional and experienced. He answered all of our many questions. He was very patient and answered our questions in detail. We love this service. Thank You!!
We had an extraordinary nice service tech named Zak come out to help us. After truly going above and beyond the call of duty to inspect the issue, he determined we have water damage, not carpenter bees. However, because of how incredibly sincere Zak was (he never charged us), the company will be the first we consider for a bathroom remodel.
