We have used Go2-Pros (incl their predecessor company)for over 25 years. Service has always been good and on time.
Informed Technician I had discovered a termite nest, in an old tree, near the house. He not only checked and/or replaced the existing termite bait stations, he also put a new one directly between the house and the infected tree.
Very happy with my service
I don’t have a comparison but we were satisfied with our results

I met with Mark Pierce last week to look at some termite damage and was very pleased! He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you for your expertise, Mark!
Excellent service! Very thorough inspection and the technician, Mark Pierce, explained past treatments that I have received as well as having me accompany him while performing this year's inspection. Great guy, prompt, very polite and knowledgeable! I will most definitely request Mark in the future for my termite inspection.

My most recent Go2-Pros service was the annual inspection of my termite Sentricon bait traps around the exterior of my home. Kevin was professional, quick, and friendly. We appreciated his work.
Although yesterday’s appointment was missed, today’s session went very well! Most stations required bait replacement, but I’m confident we are again covered for the coming year and hopefully beyond! Thanks!
Matt and Kevin are both wonderful extensions of the business. Both are very professional and have great personalities. Thanks, Jay, for proving that your business is exceptional!
The Go2-Pro tech, Brett, just finished a termite inspection of my house. He did a thorough job: checked baseboards on all exterior walls; spent 30 minutes in my crawl space; and then did a walk around the exterior of my house. He was not hurried and so gave careful attention to everything. He was informative. I highly recommend Go2-Pro.
Very knowledgeable, on time and great communication before and during the treatment. Billy and Kevin are very customer oriented and provided excellent service.
Kevin was very professional and friendly. He made sure all traps were checked. Last time disappointed We have had them for 6 yrs. . Ruth Rea
Rep identified stations (12) and inspected the activity. I would like for Go2Pro to maintain a map of the stations so the Rep can reference them and state where/if activity has occurred.
Very professional and thorough.
Tech needed my scheduled day off but rescheduled for next day! Did what was expected! Moved a trap for better location!
We appreciate the services you provide us. Mark is always so knowledgeable and we feel confident he will take care of our home.
Our inspector gave us a thorough inspection of our property and also a thorough explanation of how we are still protected.
Very professional and thorough. I was informed, previous to arrival, about who was coming. A picture, name and short bio was provided. Our technician, Chris, called to let me know when he expected to arrive and did so promptly. He was courteous, professional, and explained where he need to go inside the house and out. I was very satisfied.
Professional and quick and easy.
The technician was very informed, professional & a joy to talk to. He arrived in the time frame I was told. I really appreciate the text and picture of the technician. Great Job!
After a little hiccup in scheduling, Daniel was at our home yesterday to inspect our termite traps. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He rebaited most of the stations and was efficient at getting the task done. We were pleased with the service provided.
