The interactions were a bit awkward. Erick was nice, but there were some uncomfortable silences that made the experience feel a little off. I’ll most likely be using USPS self-service from now on.
For anyone selling on Vinted and planning to drop off multiple packages, I’d recommend keeping this in mind. The staff seemed a little frustrated, though I can’t say for sure if it was because I arrived about 30 minutes before closing or because I was unfamiliar with the process. Either way, I left feeling a little uncomfortable.
I understand that everyone has busy days, and I may have just caught them at the wrong time, but overall, it wasn’t the best experience for me. I’ll likely be using a different option moving forward.

I had excellent service at Goin' Postal, I always do! They are friendly, professional, courteous and offer prompt service. I noticed today that they have Alabama post cards for sale; its hard to find a post card when you need one! You should use this company for your mailing needs, they are excellent! Why would you wait in a long line at other places, when you have this business available?! I will always go there!

Working for an e-commerce business in the area, this location has quick access for us. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have worked to accommodate a quick daily drop-off and pick-up routine with us. Anytime there is a wait, they do a wonderful job of acknowledging that they will be with me as soon as possible.

Don't waste your time here. I went to drop off a UPS package, and I had the QR-code. First the guy said we aren't a UPS drop. I pointed out the UPS sign hanging on the door. Then he said our scanner doesn't take QR-codes. Are you fricken serious? The competence here would be laughable if it wasn't so sad.

We're a "UPS Authorized Ship Center" as our storefront sign says, not "The UPS Store." UPS QR codes that convert directly into a shipping label are a UPS Store service, not something a UPS Authorized Ship Center can process. Our team explained this and offered an alternative: if the QR code could be converted to a printable label on your end, we could print it in the store and accept your package. That conversion wasn't available through this QR code, which is a UPS system limitation, not something we control.
Spending ten minutes on something that doesn't resolve is frustrating, and we understand that. Our intent was to help, even though this wasn't a transaction we're set up to complete. We've served Madison at this location for over 10 years and take customer service seriously.

I had to get fingerprinted and have my ID's verified for a new job, and wow, was this place a pleasant experience. The employee (or maybe he was the manager) was extremely friendly and competent - he was obviously very well trained on how to handle the unbelievably finicky optical fingerprint scanner.

Can’t say enough good things about this place, and especially about Kenan, who helped me today shipping several boxes to Florida. Kenan has the patience of an angel and the work ethic of a machine!
