Rented this for about 2 years. Never had any major issues. Had some issues with the gate under old ownership. (Ex. Wouldn't open, codes wouldn't work, keypad issues.) Only went out a few more times before I moved under the new ownership. After the new owner came in it seems as though the gate was just disabled and left open. No problems with the unit or communication with the owner.

Fenced yard had a big access hole cut in the fence so that people could go in and out from the adjacent yard without using the gate. Looked like a junk yard. Had the window in my camper get broken. They said they'd check the cameras and then never returned and also ignored my calls

I definitely recommend Spencer Safe Storage. Their website was very user friendly. I was able to reserve a storage unit on the date I needed and setting up an account for payment was also quick and easy. After I reserved my unit I also got a phone call from their facility to confirm my reservation. The agent gave me my new pin and had no issues getting through the secure gate. Two thumbs up!
