We recently moved into our home and it needed a deep cleaning, especially the air ducts and vents. Gold Star Air Duct Cleaning did an amazing job, and the whole HVAC vent cleaning process made a big difference right away. My wife has asthma, so having clean ductwork was very important to us. After seeing the before and after photos, we felt much more confident about the air quality in our home and she can breathe much easier now. They explained the duct cleaning service clearly, answered our questions, and were very professional the entire time. We were also impressed with how careful, neat, and organized the work was from start to finish. The vents looked much cleaner, there was no mess left behind, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free.

Danny and his crew were awesome. Great air duct cleaning service at a fair price. Since our home gets extra dust and pests around the vents, they took extra time on the toughest areas and cleaned them multiple times to remove as much buildup as possible. They were thorough, careful, and left the house feeling much cleaner with better airflow.

danny was AMAZING! He was able to come out on short notice for a dryer vent and air duct cleaning service. He also explained how often the vents should be cleaned and how clogged dryer vents can become a serious fire risk, especially with how much dust and lint can build up over time. i was given real peace of mind knowing the lint, dust, and debris were fully cleared from the vent and airflow was restored. danny used a camera to show the before and after condition inside the dryer vent, which made the whole process easy to understand. The service was professional, thorough, and very helpful, and i would recommend this team to anyone needing great service and cleaner vents.

We’ve had Gold Star Air Duct Cleaning come out several times for our houses in San Jose, and the service has been consistently excellent. this last visit went well, and while we had extra HVAC filters available, we simply had to mention the filter change this time, whereas on the prior visits it had already been taken care of. We schedule air duct and furnace duct cleaning because of severe pet allergies from previous owners, so having the vents cleaned and filters replaced really helps indoor air quality for my family. jordan and the crew were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. i also appreciated the reminder to stay on top of dryer vent cleaning, especially with kids in the home. overall, very happy with the service and the attention to air flow, dust control, and clean vents.
